An lovely unexpected find between the tracks and the water. Offers fresh farm to table selections and a friendly attentive staff in a cute nicely done setting. Had the lamb duo and was impressed by the presentation and flavour. The dessert was a “take me home and love me forever” moment. Good job on the new place and hope to have many more memorable nights here.

My husband and I popped in to this restaurant for lunch one day last week. Everything about the establishment was perfect. The service, the setting, but most importantly the food! I have never had a better burger in my life. The shrimp cocktail in a jar.... to die for! The price in my opinion was great for what we got.Keep up the great work guys! Can't wait to come back for some more Fanny Bay Oysters :)

A must visit for all 18-25 guys,...when you visit you'll know why....nudge,nudge,wink,wink, say no more, say no more. Needless to say, we were greeted on a busy night with a genuine smile and enthusiasm. Great start.... Our appy was hot,toasted tri-colour tortillia chips with a rich heavy artichoke cheesewith Jalapeno dip that had a almost nutty flavour and the chips had that natural corn taste that everyone just loves. ( we did have to ask for more chips on the plate as I felt that they were a little too frugal on the chips for $9. )
I had a entree of Crispy Panko coated chicken pieces wrapped in small tortillias with cold ice-berg lettuce and fresh tomatos with a tangy ranch sauce. It was both satisfying and didn't clog the arteries. If you insist on clogging your arteries,..have the fries...OMG, they tasted so good you didn't care that they were bad for you.One common occurance again; the portions need to be more generous for the price of $13. Their pizza looked very authentic, with a thin crust and sparse sauce. The pizza was crunchy, piping hot and the toppings were just right and fresh. The steak was decent quality but not med. rare as asked, there fore it was dry and tough. As it is a flat-iron steak, order it rare or med-rare and insist that it is a little pink throufgout and you should be fine.
At the end of the day, SJP's is a fun, warm inviting cool restaurant with a decent menu and excellent attentive, polite service. I really loved the way the staff worked as a team and we had several wait staff assisting us! Well-done ladies! My only complaint would be is that if you charge upwards of $12 for a casual entree, make the garnishes and portions more generous and satisfy your patrons.

My family are their regular customers after they open since 2014. I love their food tasty and fresh. The service is great. I've been an active customer of this location for 3 years the people make this place truly fun and enjoyable. Hands down the BEST dairy queen cakes in BC !. They have the biggest catalog and will go the distance to make your cake amazing.On three occasions they've even said I could bring a picture and they'd make it happen.I live in walnut grove and make the trip every time here for custom character cake. If you like a good donair you should try the Donair Hut! The food is fresh, and the meat all slowly cooked to perfection. Beef, Chicken, Lamb and Falafels. He also makes excellent noodle and rice bowls. All the ingredients are fresh, and made daily. He makes the best hummus and tatziki! I also really enjoy the contemporary spin on the basic donair as he puts together some yummy combinations. I've never had a bad meal, and the owner is a really kind and friendly man! I bet you'll have a new favourite too!

The Grand Tandoori Flame Restaurant was recommended to me by a friend. She kept telling me how wonderful the food was, so I had to try it. My hubby and I went two months ago, and we have been going at least once a week ever since! Each time we go we keep introducing more friends and they are now addicts too. My favourite dish is the Chicken Vindaloo! It's so tasty and flavourful with just the right amount of bite. I also love their garlic naan, pakora, samosa and creamy mango dessert!! I do not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone as everything I have tried has been delicious. The only thing better than the food is the kindness, and genuine nature of the owners; Harry & Rani. You will be treated like a special guest being welcomed into their home. I hope you will enjoy this place as much as we do.
