Tried this place out with my mom for her Birthday dinner and we both enjoyed our meals. Nice drink combinations too. Came back with a friend and a Groupon, but I made a mistake about reading the fine print amd they were sincerely gracious when I was paying the bill. It was appreciated. That was an even better meal then the last one for me! The desserts make me want to stop by there randomly just to eat a treat on occasion. Will go back again for sure. Lire plus

My husband and I went for lunch on a Wednesday. There were quite a few customers enjoying their meal. The 1/4 chicken dinner was delicious. Home made fries (not frozen), a fresh Italian style roll, and Swiss Chalet dipping sauce., and of course, the rotisserie chicken. Good Canadian food at it’s best! Not too spicy, with lots of flavour. Very satisfying. And did I mention the friendly service? The owner even came to our table to ensure we were well taken care of. Halibut is also excellent.! Lire plus

Beef stew with creme fresh was great and thick. Flattens sourdough toast was a eye catching and flavorful accompaniment. Rosemary chicken sandwich with salad was tasty and fresh. This amazing buffet is open! There are many safety measures in place: masks, tables are social distanced, serving utensils can only be used once (by cohort group) and then sent to be washed and sanitized., etc. We three senior ladies went on a Sunday evening. The food was fresh and delicious. Couldn’t be better! A little pricey in the evening (although seniors get $2.00 off), but worth every penny. Excellent service, with safety measures in place.
