    Excellent customer service One of the best Rona’s I’ve been to. Management and staff are very friendly and helpful. I’m a contractor of 35 years.

    Poorly run store. Terrible customer service at the info/lumber desk. No one seems interested in helping customers?! 3 times trying on different projects and will never return.

    Erik and his crew have helped repair and renovate two of my properties. They are highly skilled and very courteous. Erik always took the time to explain to me what he was doing and why he was doing it. This was helpful to me and very reassuring, especially when he and his men did the structural work on my 110 year old heritage home! Being a real estate agent, I am often asked by my clients for the names of good, reliable service people. Erik at I.D.     Great job by Orv and jerrmey !!!they came in worked on our ceiling and had it redone in record time,very nice to have them work for us,they did the house 22 years ago and are just as good now with the younger generation working !!we would recomend them if you need any drywalling done .Thanks Lire plus

    Just wanted to do this review as another way to say thanks to Stephen and his crew.Had a problem with sagging roof line, being that the house is very old the extend of the problem was an unknown. Stephen made a fair estimate and when the job was a little greater then expected he didn't over charge for the additional work.His crew were polite and hard working, they did a very good job and cleaned up well after themselves. Stephen's experience made this job possible ,Thanks again. Lire plus
