Treat customers like idiots

Had these people replace a windshield in my truck and when I got home I noticed suction cup marks and streaks. When I went to clean it I noticed scratches or small cracks. Called the shop and the person who answered didn't ask if I wanted to bring it in to have it looked at and basically blew me off. Later the manager, I assume, called me back and apologised and then proceeeded to try and say it might be a rock chip. I don't appreciate being treated like an idiot .
