Cazba Restaurant

On Friday the December 27th we ordered 3 koobideh and two barg for delivery. When food was delivered smells uncooked and looked horrible. Stay away from this place!!

This disgusting,dirty restaurant deserves NO star. The male bully of a guy who identifies himself as the manager, is the rudest, cockiest, most disgusting person ever. He literary yelled at my sister who had gone to the front counter to ask for a waiter to take our order having had been sitting & waiting for more than 20 minutes! He shouted at her to go back & sit & wait to be served! The washrooms were terribly dirty & food tasted old and awful. Waste of time & money. Will NEVER go back there.

I received pita breads with black mold on them. I called Cazba restaurant to let them know that bread has black mold but their response was like "Oh, that's O.K". My partner lost her appetite and didn't eat the lunch. It was terrible customer service experience for us.

Good food Bad service!!!!

I have a suggestion to the owner.Please assign certain waiters to certain tables. The waiters were roaming around every table without actually taking care of customers. My self and the others in the party liked the food very much and the value is excellent.
