Money-grabbers. Absolutely terrible company.
Parterre takes advantage of renters and charges absurd amounts of money for "move-in's" and "move-out's" even if you're moving units within your own current building! My girlfriend and I are moving to a new apartment within the same building but are still being charged a "move-in" fee, even though we are already IN the building. This money-grabbing fee is for the security guard... EVEN WHEN NOT REQUIRED. All of the duties mentioned by Jack Sides could easily by performed by the property manager!
