Spotted Penguin Delivery

The worst experience I have ever had.

This was easily my worst experience with a delivery person. He called me 40 minutes before I expected my food to arrive, I was driving so I didn't answer the phone. I had my boyfriend call him back and there was no answer. The delivery guy called back 10 minutes later and left a long VM not saying anything? Meanwhile, he was at my house (with someone in it) claimed that he was banging on the door and that he had waited for a while. I do have a doorbell, and my sister would have heard it.
